Missing Fact Sheet Explanation

Retired or Superseded: It’s possible that fact sheets were retired, replaced, or merged into other fact sheets or below-level documents (like operational bulletins or newer fact sheets).

Renumbering: When DHCR updates its fact sheets, it may renumber or reorganize, so the topics previously assigned to a specific fact sheet may now be covered under different numbers.
